Pre-alerting a package lets us prepare for its arrival. Simply enter your tracking details, attach the invoice (if required), and our team will update the package status as soon as it arrives at our Florida warehouse.
Not a problem! Depending on where you’re ordering from, we can place the order for you. Use the Special Order form on your account page to make your request.
No, you can have your items dropped off at our warehouse or, if you’re traveling, you can drop your shipment off yourself. Remember to include your VC mailbox number on your shipment to ensure a seamless shipping process.
We offer door-to-door delivery services across 7 parishes in Jamaica. Our fleet of 4 buses, 4 cars, and a truck ensures same-day delivery for most local requests.
We offer same-day delivery within our service areas. For inter-parish deliveries, expect your shipment within 1 business day depending on the location.
You can use our Local Courier Request form. Once submitted, the request details will be sent directly to our WhatsApp channel for immediate assistance.
Yes! Send us your shopping list via our Local Courier Request form, or place your order directly through their website, and we’ll pick up your groceries from PriceSmart and deliver them directly to you.
Yes, there are items that cannot be shipped for safety and legal reasons. You can view our list of restricted items here. If you’re ever in doubt, just contact us for clarification..
Items such as firearms, ammunition, certain pharmaceuticals, regulated chemicals, cultural artifacts, and certain animal/plant products require special permits. For detailed requirements, please consult the Jamaica Customs Agency guidelines or contact us directly.
Once your package is assigned to your account, you can view its status in the Shipping Dashboard (My Packages). You will also receive email and WhatsApp notifications with updates.
Log in to your account and navigate to the Profile section where you can update your personal information, shipping addresses, and instructions.
Simply visit the My Special Orders page in your account and click on the Reorder button for the desired request. This will pre-fill a message with your previous order details, allowing you to quickly resubmit it.
Jamaica Customs charges duty on items valued at $100 or more. We assist with customs clearance and advise you on required documentation to ensure a smooth process.
